I am a North Carolina licensed psychological associate and board-certified behavior analyst specializing in evaluating individuals age 2-17 for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I also offer educational and IQ testing. I work one on one with clients and complete my own testing and report writing. I intentionally accept a small number of testing referrals per week to allow for a quick turnaround of the diagnostic results, diagnostic report, and clinical recommendations/resources to the client and/or client's guardian. I work out of a home office which allows me to keep my evaluation costs low. Following the initial consultation, the diagnostic process will involve three separate appointments (intake interview with client/caregiver, in-person assessment with client, and results meeting with client/caregiver). A psychological report will be provided at the conclusion of the results meeting. The entire diagnostic process can be completed within two weeks, but may take longer if scheduling conflicts arise. Currently no waitlist! Referrals accepted, but not required. You are responsible for the full payment for the testing services to Tillery Psychological Services, PLLC, at the start of each appointment. Upon request, following all services we are happy to provide a Superbill (summary of services rendered) for you to submit directly to your child's insurance carrier for potential reimbursement from the insurance carrier at the conclusion of services.
